Nutrition
Parents and children engage in interactive discussions about healthy eating with the purpose of adapting healthier eating habits into their daily lives. Each week a Registered Dietitian leads the 30 minutes parents discussion group with focus on how to break down barriers of unhealthy habits & learn healthy meal ideas & recipes for the whole family. Meanwhile, kids learn about nutrition facts by trying different foods and through interactive and fun games, i.e.: “Snack or Treat Race”.
