Physical Activity

Parents and children learn about and engage in a variety of lifelong physical activities. We get the kids active for 45 minutes each session & strive to tap the interests of the children & show them how they can be active whether it be running, playing ball, or hula hooping. We also engage parents/guardians in support of fun, healthy family physical activities in an effort to promote healthy active lifestyle. The physical activity curriculum includes three components:

  1. Parents/guardians physical activity consultations on their kid,
  2. Children physical activity,
  3. Children-Parent interactive physical activity.
